A standard grading report only tells part of a diamond’s story as the 4Cs are only four of the many characteristics of a diamond.
In fact, since every diamond is as unique as a snowflake, even two diamonds with the same 4Cs grade may not be the same and therefore not equally beautiful.
Rare
Forevermark individually selects diamonds against additional rigid criteria to ensure that only the most beautiful diamonds become Forevermark.
This assurance comes from Forevermark’s exacting selection process that is so rigorous, less than 1% of the world’s diamonds can become Forevermark.

For Forevermark, responsible sourcing lies at the very heart of our business. It means that throughout a Forevermark diamond’s journey from rough to polished, particular care has been taken to ensure responsible business practices, support for the advancement of women and protection of the natural world, which is the ultimate source of our diamonds.
Inscription
Using proprietary technology, each Forevermark diamond is inscribed with a unique number – proof that it is of exceptional quality and utmost integrity.
Every Forevermark diamond is given an inscription that represents a three-fold promise: that the diamond is beautiful, rare and responsibly sourced. Invisible to the naked eye, this inscription includes the Forevermark icon and the diamond’s own, unique number.
Selection
The Forevermark Diamond Institute verify that each diamond meets Forevermark’s exacting quality criteria.
A diamond will go through, at minimum, a seventeen-step process. The diamond will be thoroughly checked and rigorously examined by expert graders for any flaws or imperfections that will impact its beauty.
Certification
A Forevermark Grading Report, produced by expert gemmologists, can be requested with your inscribed diamond.
All Forevermark Diamonds can be registered on Forevermark.com to store your unique identification number and diamond details, providing reassurance that your diamond is uniquely yours.
